Pricing

Classes are paid for on a termly basis, and as such, the price of a term can vary depending on the number of weeks in a term. There are no pro-rata payments, except for new clients joining part way through a term.

Payment should be received before the term commences to guarantee your place. 

​

One to one sessions are paid for individually, or can be block-booked.

​

We aim for pricing to be a fair reflection of the equipment, studio, planning time, and session time, and hope this is apparent in our prices. Any change in prices will be communicated to clients in advance of coming into effect.

Refund Policy

​

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class, you will be offered the opportunity to attend an alternative class, carry forward the class to the following term, or receive a refund by bank transfer. Should we have to cancel a 1:1 session, you will be offered the opportunity to re-book an alternative session.

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds if you have to miss a class, though you are welcome to make up the missed class by attending an alternative class that week/term, subject to space available.

​

In extenuating circumstances where you know you will be missing a number of classes (e.g. following surgery, an injury, a prolonged illness, etc) please do discuss this with us, so we can make arrangements for you to return to class when ready.
