Classes

Regular group matwork classes run throughout the week.  

 

Class numbers are kept small (a maximum of 12 people per class) to ensure you get the individual attention you deserve.  

 

Classes are £8 and are booked and paid for in advance on a termly basis. Terms are typically 5-8 weeks.
