One to one sessions
It may be that group classes are not what you are looking for. Perhaps you have specific health needs, or are a beginner who would like the confidence of knowing the basics before you join a class? Perhaps work or family commitments mean you are unable to attend any of our classes? Perhaps group exercise is just not for you? For whatever reason, you may prefer a one to one session.
One to one sessions are tailored specifically for your requirements and will focus exclusively on your aims. Sometimes one session is all it takes, alternatively you may prefer a number of sessions. It doesn't matter, you can have as many, or as few as you wish.
There is also the option to share your session with a friend.
One to one sessions are £40 for an hour.
Shared sessions: £60 per session for two people and £75 per session for three people.
